Homemade Tomato & Egg

And for the first blog post (ever), the most basic of bitches: homemade tomato-egg. My actual comments on this dish are quite sparse; easy to make, great-tasting, and overall amazing when trying to forget about one’s life obligations by indulging in the creation of this dish.

On a side note, who invented the tomato? Kinda an odd choice of invention if you ask me—I mean, if you had your whole life to do something and you chose to invent a vegetable-but-actually-fruit I feel like something went wrong somewhere.


Recipe:

Ingredients:

  1. Egg

  2. Tomato

  3. Ketchup

  4. Spring Onion

Equipment:

  1. Pot. Maybe a pan who knows—I sure don’t

Step 1: Boil the tomatoes

Step 2: Cook the egg

Step 3: Combine (or don’t)

Step 4: Eat
